1. Any laboratories that perform bacteriological/serological testing are eligible to participate in this program.
2. The registration starts from the 1st of December every year and ends by 31st January of the next year.
3. The bacteriological/serological proficiency testing packages will be dispatched in the month of February, June and October.
4. The molecular proficiency testing packages will be dispatched in the month of April and October.
5. During enrolment, email.id will be your username. Please use the official or designated email id for enrolment. All correspondence would be sent to this email id only.
6. The participation fee for the chosen panels should be as Demand Draft (DD) in favor of “CMC VELLORE ASSOCIATION” payable at Vellore.
7. The DD should be submitted to CMCMicroEQAS via speed post or courier
8. There should be a designated contact person with whom we can correspond should any query arise
9. Please inform the IAMM EQAS Co-ordinator of any change in contact details immediately.
10. The participants must participate in at least two of the three challenges per year to be eligible for the annual participation certificate.
